The audience in Monaco and from all over the world was left astonished. The new Prada Cup trophy \u2013 designed by Mark Newson \u2013 was unveiled in holographic form and life-sized with IceMagic technology by Studio Tangram and MDH Hologram. Purity and simplicity in design combined perfection with the unexpected.<\/p>\n

During the holographic presentation, Luna Rossa’s team was at the heart of the Prada Cup launch. Thanks to the IceNet technology two members of Luna Rossa’s team \u2013 Jimmy Spithill and Nicholas Brezzi Villi \u2013 actively participated in holographic and real-time form from their base in Cagliari, at the holographic live performance on stage in Monte Carlo. Two holographic athletes interacted in life-size with guests on stage at the event.<\/p>\n

This holographic show is a glimpse into the future of the largest sailing competition in the world: the audience was left breathless as they saw the new AC75 whizzing through the club in form of a hologram, unveiling the latest Prada Cup innovations. By using cutting-edge holographic projection techniques with unprecedented streaming capabilities, Studio Tangram and MDH Hologram made history in holographic presentations at the most prestigious event in the sport of sailing.
